L"appartamento è molto curato, ma piccolo, muoversi al suo interno è scomodo. E" rumoroso, sia perchè è su un locale che tiene la musica a tutto volume,sia perchè le entrate degli appartamenti sono tutte poste sullo stesso atrio e si sente tutto. Le persiane sono rovinate e gonfie di umidità marina, per cui non si chiudono bene e non "riparano" dalla luce esterna. Sconsigliato a chi ama dormire insomma, per di più il proprietario si è fatto vedere solo una volta e di sfuggita...
