Pulizia dei locali pessima (presenza di polvere sui pavimenti e nell"armadio; residui di cibo su tavolo e a terra; peli e capelli in bagno e nei sanitari; piano cucina unto). Pulizia non migliorata nemmeno dopo averlo comunicato alla proprietaria. Arredamento vecchio e non in buono stato. Impianto elettrico scadente (prese lente al limite dell"utilizzabilità). Infissi malridotti (vetri rotti, alcune finestre non si chiudono). Good position, helpful owner. Bad cleaning of the apartment (dust on the floors and into the closet; food rests on the table and on the ground; hair in the bathroom; greasy kitchen floor) . Cleaning not improved after it notified the owner. Old furniture and not in good condition. Poor electrical system ( bad sockets usability). Tatty fixtures ( broken windows, some windows do not close well) .
