Gospodarze niech bedzie,że ok, znają tylko chorwacki, a przyjmujac turystow powinni chociaz angielski, zero komunikacji co utrudniało kontakt. Pokój w starym stylu lat 50 tych, ale tam z reguły się tylko śpi. jedyny plus ogromnie duże łózko i bardzo wygodny materac. pokój wąski i długi na pierwszym pietrze, balkon zamurowany bez widoków. jedyny widok na balkon sąsiada. Do ppkoju prowadzą schody kamienne bardzo strome. Odległość od centrum blisko wszędzie. Brak parkingu przy kwaterze, brak mozliwoscin parkowania, kazdy wyjazd autem to długa droga z pokoju do auta z tobołami na plażę, ulice tylko jednokierunkowe i żeby wrócić 300 m trzeba objechać miasto 4 km do tego samego miejsca. rezerwując ten apartament b yła mowa o parkingu pod domem i ogrodzonym terenie. Nie było niczego. Polecam na dwa dni ,nie na cały pobyt wakacji. Zdjęcia miejsca nie są adekwatne z rzeczywistościa.

Very nice place with lots of antiques that gave it a unique feel. I enjoyed the terrace and having cooking facilities. The large bed and television with multiple channels added to the comfort. The hot water in the shower did run out, though I don"t know if I needed to press a button to keep the heat on. The AC was good to keep the temperature in the room comfortable too. Best part of the stay was the hospitality from Damir and Maritsa. I enjoyed the welcome and our conversations and would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Makarska as well as to stay there again myself. :hihi:

I highly recommend this apartment. It was well situated - city center (close to everywhere). The hosts were super nice treating us like a family. They were very helpful to get us to the apartment as well as giving us tips what to see and what beach to go to. The place is exactly like on the pictures. It was nice and clean. We felt very well staying at this place. If I am in Makarska again I will book it again!

Poloha ubytování je skvělá - stará část Makarské, nad hlavním náměstím, úzké uličky, starý dům s tlustými zdmi a blízko k malé pláži. V hlavní sezoně samozřejmě dost lidí. Hostitelé velmi vstřícní. Jednolůžkový pokoj má vše potřebné, v kuchyňce se dá jednoduše uvařit.

The property gives a feeling of living in a museum of rarity, which actually is the best type, because all things actually work and all essentials are there. The hosts showed their house, which they furnished with the same love over the years. The location is good, supermarkets few meters around, same embankment and caffès , and a bit of walk will get you to the beach. Amazing experience!

Прекрасное расположение апартаментов - в двух минутах ходьбы от центральной площади, набережной и всех красот города, но в жилом тихом районе. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания, а сама комната наполнена вещами с историей, как и сам дом. Если вы как и я любите эстетику быта рубежа 19/20 веков, вам обязательно понравится. В номере удобная кровать и подушки, есть очаровательный балкон с видом на черепичные крыши. И особенная благодарность радушным хозяевам! Благодаря вам эта поездка останется в памяти особенно счастливой!

Уникальные атмосферные дизайнерские, практически антикварные, апартаменты, позволяющие погрузиться в жизнь старой Макарски. В 100 метрах находится городской рынок, где можно купить местные фрукты и овощи. Ещё ближе - мясной магазин, предлагающий по утрам свежайшее мясо, чивапчичи, плескавицы и т.п. Все необходимое в шаговой доступности. До пляжа Осеява прогулочным шагом через старый город и вдоль пирса с яхтами 5-7 минут, до городского пляжа (в другую сторону) 10-15 минут, до великолепного пляжа Нугал через сосновый парк 40-50 минут. Дом расположен в центре событий, но при этом в тихом месте. В самих апартаментах очень уютно. Огромная кровать с комфортным матрасом. Предусмотрены различные варианты освещения. Каждая деталь в апартаментах историческая: картины, подсвечники, вазы и т.п. Всё продумано до мелочей. Шикарная терраса с видом на черепичные крыши, гранатовые и мандариновые деревья и кусочком моря. Место насыщенно романтическим настроением и особой душевностью. Особенные впечатления от хозяев! Марица и Дамир крайне дружелюбные и гостеприимные люди, всегда готовые помочь. Через 5 минут общения создаётся впечатление, что знаешь их всю жизнь. Этому способствовал в том числе организованный ими приветственный ужин с великолепным барбекю из местных продуктов, домашними закусками, вином и настойками. Настоятельно рекомендую к выбору для отдыха!

Good appartments, also owners are very good and friendly people.

Barátságos szálláshely kíváló helyen. Egy kedves és barátságos házaspár otthona, ahol nagyon kellemes 5 napot töltöttem. A szoba antik bútorokkal és festményekkel felszerelt, a wifi és a klímaberendezés kíválóan működött, az ágy kényelmes volt, valamint egy kisméretű hűtőszekrény is található, ami kellemes meglepetésként ért. Élelmiszerbolt 1 percre, óváros az utca túloldalán, a kikötő valamint a buszállomás pedig 10 perc sétára található. Remélem a jövőben újból megszállhatok itt. :)

The room is big and full of services. It has a big terrace too and the hosts were so friendly and help us in whatever we need. It is close to the center, but the parking is the problem

Ein Gastgeber ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Alles war vorhanden. Auch wenn die Einrichtung für Altmodisch angesehen wird, ist die Unterkunft komfortabel, Klima , genügend Steckdosen , gemütlichen Balkon , ein sehr schönes Bad . Der Hausherr ist einfach ein Antiquitäten Sammler. Wer fragt bekommt auch alles. Info nebenbei, parken vor der Tür nicht möglich . Makarska hat hier keine Möglichkeit in den engen Gassen Parkplätze zu schaffen. Auto einmal abgestellt und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großes Dankeschön für die lieben Gastgeber Maria und Damir :kiss:

Apartman je u potpunosti ispunio naša očekivanja, a ljubaznost i pristupačnost domaćina nadmašili su sva dosadašnja iskustva! Prekrasno uređen, čist, udoban i prozračan apartman u samom centru grada. Osjećali smo se opušteno kao kod kuće. Definitivno najbolji smještaj u kojem smo imali priliku boraviti. Preporučamo! <3

The room is ideal for a single visitor. It has a great A/C, a small TV (which you"ll probably never turn on), Wi-Fi, a very comfortable bed, a dresser, a small refrigerator, and a small table. The view from this room is not catching the sea, but it"s not bad either. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet was all for myself, on the ground floor. If you"re into antiquities, these hosts will regale you with their impressive collection. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming, ready to help in every regard and make my stay a pleasant one. They invited me and my 2 family members who visited me to dinner at their downstairs terrace, too! The beach is a bit further away (about 20 minutes walking), but you walk through the town, which is charming to say the least. Host location is right in the middle of Makarska, which makes it ideal for stepping out at any time of day or night for any reason. It"s also quiet, despite being in relative center of town. In summary, I"d highly recommend this place. I"m coming back, for certain. :p

Das an Kunst reiche Appartement hat eine super Austrahlung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nähe am schönen Hauptplatz gelegen und in guter Entfernung zur Hafenpromenade mit vielen Cafés. Die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die schwierige Parkplatzsituation wurde so perfekt gemeistert. :)

Apartment ist sauber und ordentlich, befindet sich in der Altstadt also im Herzen Makarskas, der Hafen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand ist in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Läden, Cafés, Restaurants sind auch alle unter 1 Minute zu erreichen. Vorallem die Vermieter sind extrem nett und gastfreundlich. Das Gute ist, man befindet sich nicht unmittelbar im Teil der Altstadt wo der ganze Trubel ist, was bedeutet, dass man nachts seine Ruhe hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Beautiful accommodation, with real charm and character. Filled with art and a whole new world once you step off the street. Welcomed into the home with a tour by the owners and you should see how they get your cases up to your room! A real treat!

I can only recommend this apartment. Marica and Damir are such warm-hearted persons who are doing everything possible to make your stay as perfect as possible. I will for sure come back here. Iskrenog srca mogu da preporucujem ovaj smjestaj. Marica i Damir su toliko ljubazne osobe koje zele da vam ucine boravak u Makarskoj najboljim. Vec sada znam da cu ovdje opet dolaziti. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt. Marica und Damir sind sehr gastfreundlich und kümmern sich ausgezeichnet um die Anliegen ihrer Gäste. Bei meinem Aufenthalt hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fand ich die Einrichtung, welche sehr viele alte und teils antike Dinge beinhaltet. Mein Fazit nach meinem Urlaub ist, dass ich in den kommenden Jahren definitiv meinen Weg wieder dort hin finden werde.

:) Room was very small after many big ones before in other places. But Ok. Would have wanted a better kitchenette with micro and big water kettle. Bathroom was downstairs, but got used to it and it was otherwise clean etc. Air con good! Difficult to find the place the first day, local people needed to help me. Location very good.

The hosts were very nice and friendly. The room is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs which is not comfortable.

What a great find! This wonderfully designed apartment has an amazing terrace view! A lot of interesting interior features that make you happy every day! As of note, the hospital, a lot of grocery stores, the market and the main old city square are within walking distance. A major supermarket is a 30-minute walk and 5-minute drive from the apartment. The beach is a 15-minute walk from home. Maric and Damir are so hospitable it makes you feel you are visiting your relatives. The only disadvantage is that the time goes by very fast and you do want to come back as soon as possible to this hospitable house! I definitely 100% recommend this apartment

It"s been a great pleasure to be accommodated in such a beautiful and unique place, with an amazing antique design and the smell of fresh lavender all over the house. It has all the facilities and the location is excellent and very close to the city centre, the harbour and the beach. There are also many groceries in the proximity, fruit stores and pharmacies. Mr. and Mrs. Bilic are the most amazing hosts I ever met, I was impressed with how kind and hospitable they could be. Being their guest I felt part of their family and they offered me everything with their heart. This experience completely exceeded my expectations and the accommodation is worth more than the price you find on the website :)

Really lovely hosts - they were super welcoming and helpful with any requests we had! Great apartment with a fully stocked kitchenette, huge and very comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony with outdoor seating. Everything was very clean and the shower was very powerful. Super close to the everything including the beaches, main bus station and lidl. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

I only stayed one night but I was charged for two. Hosts were nice though.

My boyfriend and I (27 and 28 years) had such a lovely stay in Apartment Makarska. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, clean, well located and with plenty of character. The terrace is lovely. Couldn"t have asked for more! :hihi:

A legjobb szállás, ahol valaha is megszálltam! A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek, rendesek és vendégszeretőek. Maximálisan csak a legjobbakat tudom elmondani mind a szállásról, mind a tulajdonosokról. :smile: :smile: :smile: :smile:

Bardzo mili gospodarze, chętni do wszelkiej pomocy. Faktycznie brak jest parkingu przy budynku, ale gospodarze po przyjeździe udostępniają swoje miejsce parkingowe przesuwając swój samochód w inne miejsce. W środku budynku na najwyżej położony czteroosobowy apartament są dosyć kręte i wąskie schody schody więc może być kłopot dla rodziny z małymi dziećmi. Jeśli chodzi o plaże to najbardziej popularna jest plaża miejska bardzo zaludniona, dobra dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Są alternatywne miejsca :heart:
