Das dreckigste Apartement, das ich je gesehen habe! Dreckig, veralter, heruntergekommen, kein WLAN, kein TV, keine Klimaanlage und eine unfreundliche Gastgeberin! Eine Schande so einen Müll für 1200 Euro anzubieten!!! Alles eine Katastrophe dreckig! Katastrophale Betten! Ich warne jeden dieses Dreckloch zu buchen!!!! Nie wieder!!! Minus 5 Sterne!!!!!! :i :i :i :i

Tra gli aspetti positivi di questo appartamento c"è da dire che la posizione e" molto favorevole per chi e" interessato alla vita notturna e alle discoteche" infatti la spiaggia di Zrce si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. Per quanto riguarda il centro della città, e" raggiungibile solo in taxi. I proprietari (un anziano signore e la figlia) sono stati molto disponibili e difatti anche arrivando con qualche ora di anticipo ci hanno permesso di anticipare il check-in (penalizzando però lo stato di pulizia della casa). Anche riscontrando qualche problemino (bombola del gas esaurita), hanno provveduto a risolvere nel più breve tempo possibile. La loro cordialità però è sparita al momento del check-out, infatti il signore è entrato in casa senza bussare ed addirittura nelle stanze da letto mezz"ora prima non curante del fatto che molti di noi si trovassero ancora a letto, dimostrando un totale disinteresse per la nostra privacy. Avremmo preferito pagare una notte in più piuttosto che trovarci un perfetto sconosciuto in camera a "cacciarci". Nonostante questo appunto, consiglio questo appartamento per il buon prezzo e la posizione relativamente buona, ma attenzione a svegliarvi presto la mattina del check-out (o comunque andate a dormire vestiti) !! ;)

ho soggiornato dal 14-21 agosto. appartamento ottimo, posizione stupenda, al centro di torre.. proprietario simpaticissimo e disponbile. :)

Az apartman tökéletes helyen van. Caska strand 1 perc-re van gyalog, Zrce strand max 10 perc séta. A hely viszonylag csendes, a zrce-i zene alkalmanként hallatszik. Mindenkinek tudom ajánlani, fiatalok számára tökéletes a non-stop party kipihenésére!A tulajdonos nagyon jó fej, csak ajánlani tudom a helyet.We love Zrce!!!:tongue:

ambiente gradevole pulito a neanche 200 metri dal mare e molto vicina alla spiaggia di zrce(ci andavamo a piedi),la signora e" un"po invadente cmq tutto sommato sono gentili e cordiali.

Mielőtt elindultunk nyaralni, elolvastam, hogy ki, és mit ír. Akár az utazási irodáról, akár a szállásról, vagy a szigetről. Tegnap délután érkeztünk haza, sok-sok tapasztalattal. Mi két kicsi gyermekkel (4, és 5 évesek) indultunk pihenni. Maga a sziget gyönyörű, a szállással sem lett volna semmi gond, de a ház amiben laktunk, pont az öbölben volt. Minden éjjel a túlparti diszkót hallgattuk! Csukott ablakon keresztül!!! Ha legközelebb pihenni megyünk erre is figyelni fogok, hogy a pihenés TÉNYLEG pihenés legyen! Hulla álmosan jöttünk haza... és a hab a tortán, hogy a tulajdonos, szólt, hogy 10 óra helyett 9-kor (!) hagyjuk el a szállást. :sad:

W Casce wypoczywaliśmy od 12 do 19.08.2006. Okazało że oferta w internecie nie jest prawdziwa. Dom został rozbudowany i wygląda obecnie inaczej. Mieszkaliśmy w kwaterze, której w ogóle nie ma w ofercie. Jeden pokój był oddzielony od kwatery, do łazienki trzeba było wychodzić na dwór. Wprawedzie apartement był nowy i czysty, ale nie ten, który zamawialiśmy. To jednak drobiazg w porównaniu z hałasem. To nie jest spokojne miejsce! Obok domu jest droga, którą dzień i noc jeżdżą samochody. Na zatłoczonej plaży w pobliżu domu znajdują się trzy restauracje, a nie jak napisano w ofercie - 4 km od domu. Dzień i noc jest hałas, który potęgują dwa duże psy trzymane w pobliżu. Te psy są w dzień spokojne ale całą noc szczekają. Plaża jest ładna, ale tak zatłoczona i pełna samochodów że szukaliśmy innych miejsc. Pomimo. że apartament był ładny, a gospodarze mili, czujemy sie oszukani i nigdy więcej nie skorzystamy z usług firmy Adratic.hr
