logement très bien situé, ce qui justifie le prix élevé. Par contre l"état des installations est proche de nul, ce qui n"est pas normal vu le prix : insuffisance de matériel de cuisine, cuisinière de plusieurs décennies, fonctionnant mal, pas de lave-linge ni de lave-vaisselle, ce qui serait pourtant normal à ce prix, flexible de douche fuyant... Propriétaire très sympa, mais faisant la promo pour les Tour Operator et restaurant de ses amis (alors que ce restaurant n"est vraiment pas terrible), et visiblement pas au fait de ce que doit être un intérieur (vu le prix, toujours...)
