Veľmi pekne prostredie veľa možností na rôzne vyletiky , super pláže blízko apartmánu, ubytovanie s okolím veľmi čisté a pekné,vlastné parkovacie miesto, domáci s rodinou sú naozaj zlatý ľudia.. Výborná dovolenka pre rodinu s dieťaťom. :inlove:

Die Unterkunft war leider in einem schlechten baulichen Zustand. Regenwasser kam durch die Schlafzimmerdecke und Steckdosen sind nicht fest verbaut. Die Einrichtung/Möbel sind stark abgenutzt und das mit der Reinigung nimmt man auch nicht so genau. Diese Ferienwohnung ist definitiv nicht 120 EUR/Tag wert!

Isla som nadane miesta s rodinou a mala som obavy, lebo som si precitala niekolko negativnych poznamok na Omis-Duce aj apartman, kde sme mali byvat. Chcela som to zrusit, ale manzel a i posledny komentar ma presvedcili, aby som to nerusila. Urobila som dobre. Boli sme spokojni s ubytovanim. Dve klimatizovane pekne a cisto zariadene spalne, s dvoma peknymi kupelnami, dobre vybavenou kuchynou a dvoma terasami. Byvanie bolo super i domaci boli v pohode, velmi mili ludia. Parkovanie auta v chladku, k moru kusok. Byvanie dalej od hlavnej cesty, ktora bola niekedy rusnejsia, ale dala sa prejst. Hluk od cesty nebolo vobec k apartmanu pocut. Piesocnata plaz bola super pre male deti s dlhou plytcinou. Voda cista, ale trochu chladnejsia. Plaze s prirodnym tienom, tak sme nepotrebovali slnecnik. Omis bol blizko, obchodiky, pekarne, zmrzliny,...plavby na Brac, moznost pozicat clny,...My sme boli spokoni a pre dovolenku s detmi äco bolo hlavne) je to velmi vhodne miesto. Na plazi boli takmer len rodiny s detmi. Vyskusali sme kameniste plaze na Makarskej, ale nebolo to vhodne pre deti. Ak vam nevadi trochu chladnejsia voda, tak odporucam Omis-Duce. My sme boli od 20.8.a pocasie bolo nad 30°C, tak to bolo super.

Jeden špičkový apartmán, ktorý nemá chybu. Čisté, elegantne upravené a novým nábytkom zariadené priestory, terasy z výhladom na more, dobre vybavená kuchyna, vynikajúco riešené sprchy a toalety. TV, satelit a klimatizácia na izbách samozrejmosťou. Parkovanie v tieni priamo v areáli objektu, dvor s príjemným posedením / s vôňou dozrievajúcich fíg, citrónov, granátových jabĺk a hrozna/, stolnotenisovým stolom, domácim grilom a domácimi miláčikmi /mačky/. Dobrý prístup k moru / podchod pod magistrálou/, široká piesočnatá pláž s možnosťou prírodného tieňa, občerstvenia a možného rozpýlenia pre deti /biliard, stolný hokej/. Voda super. V b lízkosti mestačko s historickým centrom, domácim trhom a výbornou kávou. A na koniec to hlavné. Tak milých domácich ako sú manželia Š.s rodinou som za desať rokov čom chodím do Chorvátska nestretol. Ak by som mal popísať všetky ich vynikajúce vlastnosti a ústretový prístup k turistom, priviedol by som ich iste do rozpakov. Preto vrele doporučujem aby si to každý vyskúšal sám pri pobyte v ich apartmánoch. Cdelá moja rodina nimi bola okúzlená. A ja mám na celý pobyt u nich len jedno hodnotenie - excelentné!
