Apartman ist bißchen klein aber für Urlaub finde ich es genugend. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Kann nicht besser sein. Also ich empfehle 100%.

Plus :) : Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man für den Urlaubshaushalt mit Kindern braucht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, man geht zur Tür hinaus und steht fast schon am Strand. Der Strand ist mit Kies :hihi: , endlich mal kein Sand im Gepäck und in der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und gut erreichbar. Minus :( : Die Wohnung liegt an einer Art Promenade, direkt vor der Tür ist ein durchschnittlich 3,5 m breiter Weg. Dieser wird mit Autos befahren... nicht häufig, dafür aber mit ziemlich hoher Geschwindigkeit, so dass man immer aufpassen muss, wenn man mit Kindern und Hunden die Wohnung verlässt. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Wohnung über (fast) keine Fenster. Es gibt eines zum Hof neben der Küchenzeile und ein kleines Fenster neben dem Etagenbett. Die Wohnungstür, die man vom Zimmer über einen kleinen Vorflur erreicht ist die einzige "Öffnung" Richtung Strand. Kein Problem, wenn man nur zum schlafen in der Wohnung ist, problematisch wird es, wenn man mit Kindern den ein oder anderen Schlechtwettertag erwischt.

Little Appartement direct next to beach (you live on the beach) and restaurants. Very nice and helpful owner! Parking is 5min away (10€/day) but the whole village is without traffic so it"s quiet. Nice place to stay with some restaurants (fish, traditional croatic food, ...)!

L"appartamento è proprio minuscolo.. Letto matrimoniale in sala da pranzo, cucina nn abitabile, solo mobili, bagno e minuscola stanza con letto a castello. Però tutto super pulito e anke provvisto di tutta la biancheria della casa! Veramente sil mare, molto comodo con i bambini! Pecca... Gli infissi non chiudono bene.

La posizione è ottima. Molto gentile chi ci ha consegnato le chiavi e la facilità della consegna delle chiavi. La dotazione dell"appartamento è perfetta. :)
