Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küchenutensilien neu und das Geschirr ansprechend, die Vermieterin überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!!! Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und kann gut zu Fuß bewältigt werden. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig ,sehr gepflegt und es gibt viele Bäume und dadurch ausreichend Schatten! Es können auch Liegestühle gemietet werden. Novigrad ist wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit en. :)

Lokacija je super, balkon fenomenalen. Jedino što je smetalo je bilo kupatilo. Soba ima kupatilo ali je van sobe. :P

Unser Aufenthalt : 2 Wochen im Juli 2018. Beschreibung und Fotos entsprechen komplett den Gegebenheiten. Extra hervorheben möchte ich die absolute Ruhe, sowohl tagsüber, als auch während der Nacht, die große überdachte sonnengeschätze Terrasse, trotzt südseitiger Ausrichtung mit angenehmen Temperaturen und einer permanenter Windbrise. Unterkunft ist sauber, alles vorhanden. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Eigentümerin hat sich in jeder hinsicht bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen. Entfernung zum Strand tatsächlich 5-7 Fussminuten. Die Unterkunft kann ich gern empfehlen.

Monolocale pulito, bello, confortevole con parcheggio privato. Proprietaria molto simpatica e disponibile. Zona tranquilla vicina alla spiaggia. Bella sistemazione in bel posto.

Vielen Dank für die Vermittlung dieses Appartments. Gerne teilen wir Ihnen unsere Rückmeldung mit: - die Vermieterin war sehr nett, gerne denken wir noch an sie. - das Zimmer war im Parterre, die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber es gehört dringend (!) renoviert! - Schlafzimmer, Vorraum mit Kochnische und WC Dusche gehören neue ausgestattet - das Inventar ist einfach zu alt ! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, aber es gehört alles neu ausgestattet! - der Preis für unseren braven Hund war zu hoch - € 5,-- sind aber OK! - gesehen an dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war der Preis insgesamt inkl. die Vermittlung zu hoch!
