Apartments Opatija 7974

We loved it! The view was perfect,the rooms were big and comfortable. The place was clean and the host was lovely. The centre was pretty close even on foot with two small kids. The closest beach was just perfect. <3 The only issue was with the oven,we couldn"t cook properly on the electric fireplace,but apart from that everything was ideal for us.

Miejsce ok, polecam. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni jak na 5 osobowy apartament. Brak żelazka, deski do prasowania oraz suszarki do włosów. Poza tym wszystko ok. Miejsce ciche a jednocześnie blisko do centrum. Polecam.

When we arrived everything seemed Okay. But. It was not Okay at all. We payed for an apartment with parking space, for 3 people and a baby boy. We stayed for 4 nights. We didn’t get a real parking space, because we ONLY bought 4 nights.... the hosting said this to us... what?? So because of this discrimination, we had to park our car on the street, far away from the apartment... with a baby we have a lot of stuff, we asked for switching parking space with another family, so we it would be easier to bring our heavy stuffs with baby. Did I mentioned that I’m pregnant too? They didn’t care at all. The hosting man was a rude, unpolite person who started insulting us. He asked for the payment, we gave it to him, but he never gave an invoice. He also took our identity cards...but we didn’t have to sign anything. About the apartment... if you want to relax really, this is not the right place, you will hear everything because the walls made from paper... we only got one little trash bag... the kitchen was not equipped at all. The walls were full with dead bugs..and bug blood. The distance was very large from the center, beach to this apartment it is not family friendly only if you want to go by car to everywhere. It is really 500 meters away from the sea, but on a mountain. So this was a total disappointment. The only thing I liked, the garden was, but nothing more.

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Pergola Sitztplatz inmitten eines wunderschönen Gartens. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Skaists skats uz pilsētu, jūru no plašā balkona. Atrodas kalnā un līdz jūrai 4min ar klājām no kalna lejā. Atpakaļ gan jākāpj kalnā vismaz 10min Aiz apartamentiem ir pastaigas taka. Ērts istabu iekārtojums. Virs paša Opatijas centra un pludmales.

:( The view from the apartment is spectacular, just don"t turn around and see the apartment. Nothing says welcome like no heat and no toilet paper. The owner seems like a kind man, but things were old and broken(coffee maker, water boiler, shower spray).

Priestranný apartmán s krásnym výhľadom, vo veľmi peknom prostredí. - trochu väčšia vzdialenosť od pláže (hlavne smerom do kopca :)) , taktiež chýbajúca teplá voda v kuchyni, chýbajúca mikrovlnka + možnosť parkovania, wifi, 3 spálne, pekná terasa na dvore, výborná cena. S dovolenkou sme boli veľmi spokojní, radi prídeme znovu. :)

+ A kilátás pazar, erre ébredni megfizethetetlen:inlove: A terek nagyok, tagoltak. Az ágyak kényelmesek. - A konyhai felszerelés hiányos, nincs mikró, meleg víz csak a fürdőben van. :S Sok éves dzsuva a konyhaszerkény ajtókon, a csepegtető alja tiszta retek. A fal mellé tolt asztal alsó polca csupa por. A zuhanyfüggöny penészes :( A legtöbb ezek közül nem pénz, inkább odafigyelés kérdése lenne.

A lakás kényelmes tágas, jól felszerelt. A kilátás gyönyörű. A tulajdonos kedves, segítőkész. 10 nagyszerű napot töltöttünk el itt. Ami negatívum: a strand 900 méter, ez még nem is volna gond, de nagyon meredek, 200 lépcső, mire az ember felér, remeg a lába. A konyhában nincs meleg víz.

On the plus side: Friendly and helpful host. Beautiful view of the bay and the city. On the minus side: The cleaning could be better, especially in the kitchen. Unpractical arrangement of rooms - one of the sleeping rooms was only available through another sleeping room, no living room, no possibility of a table on the balcony. Was not satisfied with the service from the agency"s side. The street address of the apartment was not stated in the documents received from them or from booking.com. Received an e-mail few days before our stay which instructed us to inform the host through them about expected time of our arrival; we responded the same day as requested, received no confirmation stating "OK, message forwarded to the host" or something alike. The day before the stay we received the same request per SMS, responded one more time, but received still no respond. We were uncertain whether we have done the right thing or not and asked the agency per SMS for a respond, but did not hear anything. This lack in the agency"s service is not acceptable.

Super séjour Accueil par le propriétaire super pro et suivi par le site magnifique. Petit mail avant le départ pour ne pas oublier de prendre certaines choses :) :) :) Plage avec des graviers très corrects Appartement conforme aux descriptions et bien placé face à la mer :)

The apartment is great!! Very nice view and very welcome and helpful host. We recommend it to everyone.

Csendes helyen van szép a kilátás. Az apartman jól felszerelt. 10perc séta a strand vagy a kikötő.

We stayed three weeks in this apartment and enjoyed the beautiful view of the Kvarner bay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of pans and dishes but unfortunately no hot water, which is only available in the bathroom. The cosy town center and promenade are within walking distance. The owner is friendly and helpful.
