Очень просторные, чистые и современные апартаменты. Близко к пляжу. Нам очень понравилось. Надеемся ещё когда-то вернёмся сюда.

<3 Großes Haus, sauber und gemütlich. Unser Apartment hatte zwei Balkone, von einem hatte man einen seitlichen Meerblick, von dem anderen blickte man auf die Berge. Beide Räume waren ziemlich kühl, es war also nie wirklich heiß da drin - ging prinzipiell auch ohne Klimaanlage, die allerdings auch gut funktioniert hat. Alles war ziemlich renoviert, schönes Badezimmer. Unser Vermieter Marijan sprach Deutsch und Englisch, war sehr freundlich und hat uns immer sehr gute Tipps gegeben, wo man z.B. gutes Essen besorgen kann, oder welche Strandabschnitte besonders gut sind. Marijan hilft gerne beim Grillen (scheint seine große leidenschaft zu sein) - der Fisch, den er für uns selbst gekauft und zubereitet hat schmeckte übrigens hervorragend! Der Ort Podgora ist zwar klein, hat aber alles an touristischer Infrastruktur und ist zum Entspannen, meiner Meinung nach, besser geeignet als Tucepi oder Makarska. Strände gibt es Überall - gemessen an Einwohner und Gäste,gibt es, glaube Ich, Strandfläche im Überschuß. Das Wasser ist sauber und sehr angenehm, das Ufer geht aber überall ziemlich steil in die Tiefe. Gerne wieder. <3

Wir hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt als Pärchen in dieser Unterkunft, die wirklich alles geboten hat. Für zwei Personen gab es genügend Platz. Die Wohnküche ist mit vielen Utensilien (Küchentücher, Spülmittel, Töpfe, Wasserkocher, Touchherd) ausgestattet, das Bad ist sehr modern und mit vielen Handtüchern ausgestattet, die auf Wunsch stets gewechselt wurden. Es gab keinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft, jedoch einen Stellplatz unweit von der Unterkunft. Der Strand war wenige Gehminuten über die wunderschöne Promenade entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben auf Wunsch auch die Böden gereinigt oder weitere Utensilien zur Verfügung gestellt.

Moje iskustvo je pozitivno. Apartman je lijepo renoviran, nov i uredan. Domaćin vrlo srdačan , pristupačan i prijatan.. Svakako preporučujem posjetiti, ugodno ćete se provesti i odmoriti. :)

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé, v apartmáne nechýbalo nič. Na pláž by som odporúčila chodiť medzi Tučepi a Podgoru, pretože tam bolo oveľa viac miesta a pláž bola krásne čistá s priezračnou vodou. :p

Spokojnie mogę polecić zakwaterowanie w tym miejscu. Apartament zgodny z opisem, wszystko działało , pokoje czyściutkie łazienka również. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe naczynia. Klima OK. :) brak wifi :( Usytuowanie budynku bliziutko portu około 40m , do plaży około 120-150 m , mały minus parking 100m od budynku, na wjeździe do miejscowości.

Nie ciekawy pokój tylko jedno gniazdko elektryczne w łazience dostępne. Telefony ładować tylko na raty raz jedna osoba raz druga. Brak lampki nocnej przy łóżku też jako minus. Ogólnie pokój bardzo ciasny.

Ubytování odpovídalo foto dokumentaci a celkovému popisu v předem stanovených podmínkách. Poloha ubytování je velice výhodná - krátká vzdálenost od centra i moře .Výhodou taktéž bylo umístěni apartmánu na východ,odpoledne jsme měli příjemný stín na balkoně . Děkuji , byli jsme spokojeni. :) :) :) :)

Отдыхали в конце июня 2009 года. Хозяина видели очень редко. Аппартаменты - так себе, и какое-то все замызганное. Наш балкон выходил на оживленную улицу, поэтому часов с 6-7 утра спать было невозможно из-за шума от автобусов и другого транспорта. :sad: Зато до набережной идти близко. На пляж ходили от нашей улицы направо, пляж хороший, чистый. Есть и тень, и солнце. Двориком с мангалом ни разу не воспользовались. Место было постоянно оккупировано гостями из дружественной Украины. Очень много кафешек в непосредственной близости и очень красиво. :smile:

Boli sme tam koncom 8/2009, ubytovanie bolo ciste, boli sme velmi spokojni. Mestska plaz je vzdialena cca 300m, ale my sme chodili 800m na severnu plaz Podgory, ktora sa nam zdala krajsia.
