Horrible communication with host, no towels, dirty.

It was good and good location

Fabulous location! Great place, only downfall would be that there were no blankets provided and also the towels were hand towel size.

Small appartment, but worth your money nevertheless. They have everything you need and it is quite clean. The location is great. The only flaw is that it is not going to be cleaned up the time you are there, so you have to clean it yourself.

Location excellent however struggled to communicate since host did not speak English. Only base sheet and pillows provided on the beds. Hot water only available for limited amounts of time.

Good location. Enough beds and lots of toilet paper. Nice outside area. Had a little cooker.air con worked great in both bedrooms. We thought we ran out of hot water but left it for 10 minutes and it was back again so all 8 of us were able to shower. Owner was friendly and even gave us a lift to our port just out of split!.

I believe that Trump was referring to this placer when he talked about shitholes. Everything was covered by a thin layer of fat, the hot water for the shower lasted for 30 seconds a day and the kitchen fires didn"t work at all. At least it was cheap. The owner asked us not to give his number if the police showed up.

Esta muy bien situado, cerca del centro. La plaza de parking es pequeña y de complicado acceso. Nosotros estuvimos 6 personas y de espacio era pequeño para tod@s y la comodidad no existía debido al poco espacio. La cocina es pequeña y no tenia casi menaje para cocinar. No había salón como tal, ni sofá ni tv y la WiFi no iba correctamente. El anfitrión llego tarde y tuve que ponerme en contacto por telefono con booking y con el propietario. El baño era amplio pero escaso la zona del tocador- espejo estaba demasiado alta y no se podía ver uno mismo. En las fotos aparece una terraza pero luego no existe. :S

Nismo dobili smještaj kakav smo vidjeli na stranici Bookinga i koji smo rezervirali (6 ležaja pojedinačnih + bračni krevet, a sve u 3 sobe). Dobili smo dvije sobe s 8 ležaja, a svi na kat. Kao hostel. Svatko od nas je dobio jedan ručnik i jednu plahtu za pokririti se (Vlasnik kaže da je ljeti (a bio je travanj) u Splitu tako toplo da je sasvim dovoljna jedna plahta za pokriti se). Tako smo spavali poluodjeveni jer je bilo prehladno. U kupaonici jedan rabljeni klasični sapun. U apartman se ulazi kroz kuhinju (hladnjak, rešo, kazetofon, nešto posuđa, stol stolica te nešto stolica na rasklapanje. Nema vješalica nego u svakoj sobi po jedna kukica na zidu. U malom dvokrilnom ormaru( u svakoj sobi po jedan) nema vješalica.

Ne correspond pas à la maison sur la photo. Ensemble sale. Le rez-de-chaussée a une odeur de pipi de chat. La cuisinière ne fonctionne que sur un seul feu électrique (gaz non rechargé) et mal. Le frigo ne maintient pas correctement au froid. Un point positif : l"emplacement.

HORRIBLE ACCOMMODATION if you plan to stay more than one night! the host arrived late. we waited outside for 4 hours. we called the host and he promised to arrive in 45 minutes but we waited for 4 hours. very disappointed with this! we were expecting three rooms but we were allowed to use only two rooms. i do not recommend this accommodation if you plan to stay more than one night in Split. spare yourself from the inconvenience, look for another accommodation. if you plan to prepare your own food, avoid this accommodation at all cost! we were prohibited to use the gas stove. the host told us to use only one electric stove which took us forever to boil water. the only thing nice about this apartment is there is an air-condition in each room. in summary, i would recommend that you consider this apartment as your last option to sleep for one night. nothing more, nothing less. staying here for more than one night will just ruin your vacation! location is far from the city center of split. :S :S :S :( :( :( :(

This accomodation is the definition of budget. The host is completely un accommodating and wholly unprofessional. There is no real sheeting, linens or towels and the beds are quite uncomfortable. However the location is excellent. Very close to old town and the marina. For 14 quid per night per person for 6 people it"s not terrible but I"m sure there are far far better

It was a comfortable and nice house, and the host was very friendly.
