This apartment is great due to the size. There more than enough space for our 5 member family. When selecting I was looking for 3 rooms but I find out it has some real extra = terrace. This big terrace all the time protected from sun by trees was for every member of our family the preferred relax zone. I believe that this terrace was one of the reasons why we do not need to use air condition so often. The see was less than 5 minutes of walk from apartment without stairs. A special benefit for Stari Grad is PAKLENICE, nice national park. The furniture is not new but it fits for our needs. Kitchen has all needed dishes and equipment. In case you are looking for quiet place with lot of space in nice area this is good choice.

Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen (Restaurants, Läden, Strand) sind in kurzer Zeit zu Füß zu erreichen. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung genügte voll unseren Ansprüchen und besonders schön war das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blich auf die Berge des Nationalparks Paklenica.

Owned by a very pleasant old lady. Apartment was nice. Furniture was a bit older but everything was in a good shape and very clean. Equipped with a new kitchen and fridge and the distance from the sea is 2-3 minutes on foot.
