Zavalatica to spokojne i zaciszne miejsce, polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo ładna i fajna plaża Żitna. Apartament na pierwszym piętrze ma bardzo ładny i duży taras z widokiem na morze i przystań w Zavalatice i to jest na pewno mocna strona tego apartamentu. Salon i kuchnia oceniam na dobry natomiast pokoje są tragiczne. We wszystkich trzech pokojach są rozwalające się łóżka. Praktycznie z każdym łóżkiem coś się działo, albo zarwane albo się rozpadało. Ściany w pokojach również przydałoby się odświeżyć. Łazienki w złym stanie a zwłaszcza prysznice. Jeśli gospodarz zainwestuje w remont i wymianę łóżek to polecam w przeciwnym razie jakość poniżej oczekiwań.

L"appartement est bien situé avec une très grande terrasse et une vue sur la mer. Cependant, les matelas sont trop vieux, l"appartement n"est pas très propre et manque d"équipement. Il n"y a pas de climatisation.
