Sehr nette Besitzer, sprechen etwas deutsch, gut englisch, Italienisch. Schöne Lage über dem Meer mit verschiedenen 2 Sitzplätzen, Bad ganz neu gemacht, Liegestühle vorhanden, Strand nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da unten 2 weitere Apartments, eigener kleiner Hafen für Schlauchboot gut geeignet, kurzer Weg nach Sali, Tankstelle, Kornati, Boot mit 5 PS zumietbar.

Súhlasím s Janekom Handzušom, že je to prekrásne miesto na dovolenku. Ešte by som dodal dôležitú informáciu, že v objekte je aj el. inštalácia na 230 V, takže nie je problém nabiť mobil či notebook. Len nejaký väčší spotrebič (varič) by to neutiahlo, pretože energia sa čerpá z 12 V batérie, ktorá je cez deň dobíjaná zo solárnych článkov. Teplá voda sa získava tiež pomocou slnka v nádobe za domom. Cez deň, keď riadne praží, tak sa zohreje aj na 60 stupňov, ale keď slnko zájde, tak zase vychladne. Nad časťou hornej terasy pred spálňou pribudla tohto roku strieška, ktorá zabezpečuje tieň po celý deň, čo je veľmi dobré v takom slnečnom počasí, ako sme mali my od 21. do 29. júna 2008. Len jedna vec sa mne osobne trochu nepáčila - susedné objekty sú na tento domček dosť natlačené - napr. objekt AS-435 je vzdialený len asi 5 metrov a komín od jeho grilu je hneď vedľa "našej" terasy - našťastie títo susedia v čase nášho pobytu negrilovali, lebo inak by nás "vyúdili" :snose: Ešte doplním cenu za prenájom loďky - 18 euro na deň plus benzín.

Boli sme tu s rodinkou v juni 2005 a sme maximalne spokojni! Objekt je na malom ostrovceku Lavdara, asi 2km od mestecka Sali na Dugom Ortoku. Domaci vas ochotne prepravia lodkou tam i spat, ale odporucam prenajat si lodku na cely pobyt! Mozete potom podnikat vylety a vyletiky na okolite ostrovceky a tiez chodit na nakupy, ci posediet do Sali, kedy sa vam zachce :) Dom ma pekny dvor s dvoma prekrasnymi terasami a male pristavisko pre lodku. Cely objekt je cisty, udrziavany a s domacimi je bezproblemove jednanie. Jediny maly nedostatok je absencia klasickej plaze. Je tu vybetonovane molo a schodiky do mora. Ale aj tak to bola super dovolenka! Janek :smoke:
