Apartman je čist, uredan, ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan godišnji odmor, u potpunosti opremljen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Toller Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Die Vermieterin ist ist auch sehr nett.

We have mixed feelings. The location was perfect, e.g. close to town, to ferry terminal, and to the beach. However, it was difficult to find that accommodation. The house numbering was chaotic. Later we found a shortcut pass which was unpaved and difficult to work on. The view from the balcony was exceptionally good. WiFi was OK., TV was OK, all channels were Croatian, with no international (English speaking) channels, such as BBC, CNN, Euronews, etc. The accommodation itself was rather small and very basic. The furniture was old, the room decoration and bedding were rather poor. Equipment (electric cooker, and cattle) was old. The shower was also old and need urgent upgrading. Electric appliances (sockets, switches) were old and not properly functioning. The hygienic standards were rather poor (we found not properly washed dishes and cutlery). It was just OK, suitable for living but not a good value for money. For 60 Euro per day we expected much better conditions. Everything must have an appropriate price. In a current state, the accommodation should cost no more that 40 Euro per day even in high season. We didn"t have much interaction with hosts. Perhaps, it would kind of them to meet people at Ferry terminal and lead them to the flat which was otherwise difficult to find. The beach is OK, pebbles, and stones which is typical for Croatia. The water was clean. It was unusually crowded, we didn"t expect this in Vis. The prise for plastic sun-bed on a beach was ridiculous 40 Kuna, twice as much as in other places in Croatia. The town is lovely (particularly Kut area), with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants (some of them were expensive). :S :idk: :idk: :idk: :idk: :idk:

Lokalizacja świetna, blisko do centrum i na plaże. Do głównej drogi prowadzi 50 m chodnik. Dojazd autem od góry. Nie ma problemów z parkingiem. Plaża kamienista, czysta, z odpowiednią ilością miejsca. Jedynie można narzekać na brak pryszniców. Do miasta bardzo blisko. Sklep ok 200 m od domu. Widok z apartamentu piękny i na dobrą stronę (wschód) dzięki czemu obiad i kolacje możemy jeść na tarasie. Wygodne łóżko. W apartamencie raczej czysto. WiFi całkiem sprawnie działa. Gospodarze bardzo mili, pozwolili nam się zakwaterować 2 h wcześniej. Niestety wyposażenie kuchni bardzo słabe, noże nie nadawały się do krojenia. Brak odpowiedniej ilości sztućców i szklanek, kieliszków. Drzwi od zamrażarki zepsute, spadały prawie za każdym otwarciem lodówki. Kuchnia z oknem na schody do innego apartametu, dlatego okiennice musiały być przysłonięte cały czas. Telewizor tylko z lokalnymi programami. Brak gratisów od gospodarzy (w postaci jakiegoś winka czy owoców). Wskazówka dla gospodarzy wystarczyło by dopilnować paru szczegółów i było by bardzo dobrze. Warto dokupić wyposażenie kuchni, naprawić zamrażarkę, podłączyć satelitę i wyczyścić klimatyzacje (nie była czyszczona chyba od nowości i słabo chłodzi) i przygotować jakąś miłą niespodziankę dla gości.
