Apartamenty Vis 9193

Nice apartment with very good location by the sea and short walk from the village.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and did not enjoy it at all. The apartment is very very out dated and did not feel clean at all. There was ants everywhere. Also, I think it should be noted on the listing somewhere that the terrace shown in the pictures is shared amongst the owners entire family and friends. It is not private in the slightest!!! We did not get to use the terrace at all because the owner and a lot of her family members/friends sat there all day and made a lot of noise. It would have been far too awkward for us to sit on the terrace alongside them. They have kids and they are VERY noisy, right outside the front door and also a dog which constantly barked. There is also no curtains, except some mesh almost covering the windows, so with the terrace being shared and people walking by/kids running by constantly there is no privacy at all in the apartment. My partner and I resulted in getting changed and dressed in the hallway at the front door because believe it or not it was the most private in the apartment. We were leaving early in the morning so the night before we left we went out to ask the owner about checking out. She was in her own apartment so her mother shouted on her to come down. We waited around 20 minutes on her to come down and the whole time her mother was screaming to the top apartment. It was very unprofessional. We really were not impressed at all.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and enjoyed it so much. The landlord and family were very welcoming and helpful. The house is right on the sea, it has a wonderful location, and a great terrace with views over the sea. It’s in a beautiful part of vis, everything is within walking distance. We stayed here for two weeks with our children and had a great holiday, highly recommended :)

Not so very clean, dark and damp. Some furniture were broken and a several lamps were also broken. The toilett did"t work as it should. An refreshment of the whole apartment needs to be done! :(

Empfehlenswerte geräumige Unterkunft. Sehr sauber - an Inventar ist alles da, was man braucht. Freundliche Besitzer. Sehr gute Lage. Keine 3 Minuten bis zum Zentrum von Kut. Dort viele Restaurants und einige Geschäfte. R

We had a lovely stay in Vis. Very relaxed. Staying here is an amazing insight into Croatian family life. Everyone is very welcoming.

Très belle surprise que ce séjour à Vis. L"appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier le plus agréable de Vis. Accueil particulièrement chaleureux au sein d"une famille Croate et de leur voisins tout aussi sympatique. Accès direct à la mer de la terrasse. Nous aurions voulu y rester plus longtemps. Excellent rapport qualité prix. A recommander

The location couldn"t be better. The terrace is incredible and the sea is crystal clear. The family who own the apartment live upstairs and are really sweet. You will get to experience Vis like a local. The inside of the apartment is exactly as you would expect from the pictures. No frills but we loved every minute of our stay on this gorgeous piece of paradise.

Nice apartment, it was a little hot. It has air conditioning, but we didn"t use it except at night. The outdoor spaces were very nice also, and you could even swim 10 steps from the front door! :) :) :)

Very large apartment right on the water. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen with oven. WIFI is iffy. Best in the morning before 8 AM. Quiet nights but lots of activity amongst the family living upstairs. Vry nice people. Very helpful. Dario; The manager, speaks good English. We would stay there again. :)
