Location! Location! Location!!! This place is magical. We had to leave early but really didn"t want to go. It"s your own private residence with two bedrooms one bath and a very comfortable convertible couch to bed in the living room, not your typical pull out couch. We used the washing machine, worked great. Hung dried our clothes. We used the kitchen, it had everything we needed. I read one review somewhere, not sure if it was here or on Trip Adviser that said it"s like going to grandma"s house and it is, everything is dated. The furniture is dated, the kitchen is dated and the bathtub not quite shower - all dated but really it"s not bad, we were comfortable. It could be a magnificent, TOP RENTAL if someone spent some money and updated the furniture, in doors and out. AT THE VERY LEAST it needs: screens on the doors and windows so mosquito couldn"t get in and a standing rotating fans in each bedroom. I am not saying it needs AC but it does need fans in the heat of summer. We were Mid-August for three nights. Anna the host was so very nice. She couldn"t meet us but the housekeeper did, she doesn"t speak English which is fine cause we are in Croatia. Anna via phone was able to translate and help with the process. The location is amazing, the restaurant has great food and super close as is a coffee/ bar and a cute beach shop where we picked up snorkel and mask, a sun mat, cards, wine and got some fresh produce from the produce truck that came in the morning. All so lovely. Magical REALLY! No Wifi. We had to use our Data as a hot spot since our son had a online class he had to do while we were there, otherwise - no Wifi can be a big bonus. We were mostly offline and just enjoying the area, the beautiful beach and each other. I was told we could use the hammocks hanging in front of the house but got chased away by the actual owner of the hammock - oops. You might want to bring your own. Lots of great places to hang one. :)

Prestation minimale... Emplacement en première ligne face à la mer. Pour le reste état de l"habitation décevant. Heureusement nous avons vécu en plein air.

Das Haus ist genau so wie es beschrieben ist; es hat sogar einen doppelt so großen Garten, den man allerdings nicht wirklich nutzt kann, da alles ziemlich verwildert ist. Aber wir haben ihn auch nicht gebraucht da wir eh immer auf der Terrasse saßen oder am Meer waren. Das Haus ist klein und alt und schon ziemlich "run-down" aber im großen und ganzen sauber. Bei einem alten Haus darf man halt nicht pingelig sein. Wir haben schon bessere aber auch schon sehr viel schlimmere gesehen. Der Garten wäre wunderschön angelegt, allerding ist er unter einer dicken Schicht Kiefer (?)- Nadeln begraben. Die Kinder hat das nicht gestört. Die Großen Bäume nadeln sehr, sorgen aber ganztägig für Schatten. Morgen ist noch etwas Sonne auf der Terrasse, aber auch da gab es einen Sonnenschirm. Also Ideal für Sonnenempfindliche. Es war sogar noch eine Hängematte angebracht, die gerne genutzt wurde. Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Weg und dahinter gleich ein sehr gepflegter Steinstrand mit viel Liegemöglichkeiten. Überhaupt ist es ein ganz nettes Örtchen, mit 3 Bäckern, einem Minimarkt, Obst und Weinläden, einer netten Cafe Bar und einem Restaurant. man bekommt alles was man braucht ohne immer gleich ins Auto steigen zu müssen und trotzdem ist es ganz beschaulich. Das Meer ist toll und glasklar. Wir haben sogar einen kleinen Oktopus entdeckt, den wir jeden Morgen besucht haben. Die Eigentümerin war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen direkt von der Fahre und waren viel zu früh da, da das Haus noch geputzt wurde. War aber kein Problem, wir konnten das Gepäck schon mal im Wohnzimmer lassen und sie hat uns erklärt wo man am besten den ersten Großeinkauf erledigt. Die Dame die das Haus pflegt hat uns erst einmal mit Wein Brot und Schinken versorgt, nochmals Danke. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche an die Einrichtung hat ist das Haus ideal. Unsere größter Luxus ist es den ganzen Urlaub draußen essen und sitzen zu können und das hatten wir. Der Esstisch draußen auf der Terrasse ist groß und massiv und die Stühle bequem. Wir hatten in dem Haus und in dem Örtchen einen wunderbaren Urlaub -- Vielen lieben Dank.

Tiché miesto pre krásny odpocinok,nevýhodou objektu je absencia klimatizácie a fakírske podmienky na spanie...

S pobytom sme boli veľmi spokojní, môžem toto miesto odporúčať tým, ktorí si chcú naozaj oddýchnuť v krásnom a tichom prostredí.

Vše jak na fotkách. Krásné pláže 200 až 400 m od objektu. Můžu je doporučit
